Physiotherapy & Massage Clinic in Bovey Tracey

“I highly recommend Rebecca at Barefoot. I’ve been to a lot of physios over the years and I’ve never felt they ever really got to the underlying crux of the issues. I’ve had several problems that Rebecca has managed to help sort for me which has been great. I really like that she asks loads of questions and doesn’t proclaim she knows what the issue is too early, which I feel a lot of other physios do.”

“Had a lovely massage with Rosie! She was so friendly and professional, and the mix of relaxing and deeper massage was perfect. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Would definitely recommend Rosie and will be back again! 😊”

“Fran did my massage. It was a deep tissue massage with firm pressure to relieve my aching muscles. She was amazing, pressure was perfect & I felt 2cm taller when I left. Feeling a bit tender today but will get the benefit of a very professional massage from tomorrow.”

“Just had the most incredible pregnancy massage with Fran. The experience was completely personalised to me and my pregnancy and just felt amazing. Do not hesitate to book here!”

“perfect service. I had a shoulder problem, was impacting me significantly. I was well diagnosed, was told it is totally fixable, and that it would take 3 months. and thats exactly what happened. as with all these things, you have to do the exercises between sessions, but I made gradual process and now have no shoulder pain at all. Elly was friendly, highly knowledgeable and clear in explaining the exercises. Highly recommend.”

“I went for a Bike Fit and saw Rebecca. I was suffering from considerable discomfort on long rides. After the bike fit session I have been transformed and can now ride pain free. Rebecca is incredibly knowledgable and professional and also gave me some great advice to improve my riding through strength and conditioning advice and potentially changing my saddle. I would definately recommend seeing Rebeeca at Barefoot Physio.”

“This is the second injury I have had and both times Ellie is a brilliant physiotherapist. She has helped me fully recover from a hip injury and is now helping me with a lower back injury. Ellie has a friendly and professional manner about her and gives a diagnosis followed by a clear exercise and treatment plan. Every exercise shown and explained what and why it’s being used, access to an app with all videos off the exercises you have to do.”
