About Zoe
Zoe is an experienced Specialist Women’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with a particular interest in supporting women through the different stages of their lives.
She qualified as a physiotherapist in 2007 and has since worked across a wide range of clinical specialties, cultures and countries. In 2011, Zoe had the opportunity to work with the Kenyan Olympic Team, which sparked a particular interest in women’s sport and running. While working in Australia in 2013, she undertook further specialist training in pelvic health physiotherapy and has worked in the field ever since.
Zoe works in both private practice and the NHS, and has extensive experience supporting women with pelvic health concerns through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, menstruation, menopause and beyond. She understands that pelvic health symptoms can have a significant impact on both physical and emotional wellbeing, and believes in creating a supportive environment where women feel comfortable discussing concerns that can sometimes be difficult to talk about.
Alongside pelvic health physiotherapy, Zoe is an APPI-trained Pilates instructor and has taught Pilates since 2010. She brings her knowledge of movement, strength and exercise rehabilitation into her physiotherapy practice, helping women feel confident in their bodies and return to the activities that matter to them.
Zoe is a Chartered Physiotherapist and a member of the Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) professional network.
