General Terms (Applies to All Purchases)
Payments
All online purchases must be paid in full at the time of booking or purchase.
Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment provider Stripe.
Prices are clearly displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to change.
Appointments & Cancellations
At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full or deducted from your package/subscription.
Refunds cannot be issued for missed or late-cancelled appointments.
Transfer & Sharing
Subscriptions and packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the named client.
Gift vouchers may be purchased for another person but cannot be resold or transferred once redeemed.
Consistency of Therapist/Practitioner
While we will do our best to provide continuity with your chosen therapist, this cannot always be guaranteed (e.g., due to staff leave or illness).
All team members deliver services to the same professional standards.
GDPR & Data Protection
We collect and store your personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Medical records must be retained for a minimum of 7 years.
Your contact details may be used for appointment reminders, service administration, and — with your consent — updates about clinic services.
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you at any time by submitting an Access Request.
Payments
By purchasing and/or booking a service, you consent to treatment under these terms.
From time to time, we may contact you with information about services and promotions at Barefoot Physio. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@thebarefootphysio.com .
Massage Subscription Agreement
Commitment to Pay
Subscriptions run for a minimum of 6 months (6 sessions).
Monthly payment options:

£55/month for 60 minutes (saving £10 per session).

£75/month for 90 minutes (saving £10 per session).
If cancelled before 6 months, you will be charged the difference up to our full ad-hoc price.

Bookings
You are entitled to one massage per calendar month.
Sessions must be booked in advance. Payments are automated via Stripe.
Cancellations
At least 48 hours’ notice is required. Missed or late-cancelled sessions will count as used.
Pausing & Expiry
Subscriptions cannot normally be paused.
Sessions do not roll over beyond the final subscription month.
Renewal
At your 6th session, we will check in to confirm renewal or cancellation.
Opt-out requests must be sent in writing or agreed in person before your next billing cycle.
Flexi Massage Package Agreement
Commitment to Pay
A one-off upfront payment is required:

£500 for 10 x 60-minute massages (£50 each, saving £15 per session).

£700 for 10 x 90-minute massages (£70 each, saving £15 per session).
Payment is non-refundable.
Validity
Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Any unused sessions after expiry will be void and cannot be refunded or extended.
Bookings
Sessions must be booked in advance.
Continuity with your preferred therapist cannot always be guaranteed.
Cancellations
48 hours’ notice is required. Missed/late cancellations will be deducted from your package.
Gift Vouchers
Validity
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Usage
Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be presented at the time of booking/payment.
Any unused balance after expiry is void.
